1. It appears from record that both the appeals have been assigned before the Hon'ble Division Bench consisting of Hon'ble Justice Harish Tandon (As His Lordship then was) and Hon'ble Justice Prasenjit Biswas.

2. By reason of elevation of the Hon'ble Justice Harish Tandon as the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, these matters are mentioned before this Bench. However, in view of the fact that the Hon'ble Justice Prasenjit Biswas is still available, we are not inclined to take up the appeals. Although, in respect of one of appeals being

FA 271 of 2014 we have the determination. But for the assignment order of the Hon'ble Chief Justice dated 7th July, 2023, parties are to take appropriate steps in this regard.
