It has been pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that inadvertently in the order dated 17.07.2023 the complaint case number has been wrongly recorded as "C.R.514 of 2008". The correct complaint case number would be "C.R.514 of 2018".

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 17.07.2023.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections and incorporate the correct complaint case number in the order dated 17.07.2023.
