Mr. Manoranjan Mahato, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the fact that the charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2018 and the accused persons are evading the process of law, I direct the Learned Magistrate to take steps so that the trial of the case is completed within a reasonable period of time by fixing at least one date in every two months.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 288 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
