1. By an order dated February 21, 2025, the petitioner was granted interim bail.

2. We are told that as of date, three out of 11 charge-sheet named witnesses have been examined. Therefore, we do not see the possibility of an early conclusion of the trial.

3. The State files a report. We see that there is nothing adverse against the petitioner. The petitioner has been complying with the conditions of interim bail.

4. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted and we do so.

5. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 148 of 2025 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same terms and conditions.
