We have considered the statement of the victim lady. She alleged that she was forcibly abducted from the road and raped.

In light of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
