The petitioner has prayed for review of the order dated 17th January, 2022.

It appears that the writ petition stood dismissed as the Court was of the opinion that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment could not have been considered on the facts and circumstances of the case.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The proper approach would have been to prefer an appeal rather than pray for review of the order. No new submission has been made in Court.

There is no apparent error in the order dated 17th January, 2022.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for review of the said order cannot be accepted.

The application for review stands dismissed.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
