1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the injunction application pending since 2018 and also for expeditious disposal of the suit being Title Suit No.423 of 2018 pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Howrah.

2. Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

3. The civil revision is disposed of with the direction that Trial Court shall dispose of the injunction application in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of this order and make all endeavour to dispose of the suit within one year from the date of this order.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of the order.
