It is said by the learned advocate for the respondent that during pendency of the appeal some of the appellants died and an application was taken out on behalf of the appellants with a prayer for substitution of the hairs/legal representative of the said deceased persons after causing delay.

It is said by the learned advocate from the respondent that he would file opposition to the application filed by the appellant with a prayer for substitution. 5.

Respondent is directed to file affidavit-in-opposition within two weeks from this date and reply thereto, if any, within one week thereafter.
