2. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report which be taken on record.

3. Report states that, missing girl was recovered on May 17, 2024. She recorded her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code on May 21, 2024.

4. We perused the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code made by the missing girl which was placed before us from the Case Diary.

5. It transpires from such report that, the missing girl left voluntarily.

6. It appears that, the missing girl is an adult.

7. In such circumstances, we do not find necessity to pass any further order in this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition.

8. W.P.A. (H) 6 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
