It appears from the report filed by the Block Development Officer that the unauthorised encroachments required to be removed have already been identified.

The Block Development Officer is directed to forward all documents to the Sub Divisional Officer, Kharagpur Sub Division for removal of the unauthorised constructions in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands adjourned till 20th June, 2024 for filing compliance report by the Pradhan as well as the Block Development Officer. The Pradhan, Barnali Midda Bhunia is personally present in Court.
