... for the petitioner Today, nobody for the State has appeared before this Court in this matter.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has filed one supplementary affidavit disclosing papers relating to the filing of the application for transfer through Utsashree portal, which is kept on record.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to send it to the School Service Commission. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible for transfer, the School Service Commission is directed to take steps for transfer of the petitioner by three weeks thereafter.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner on instruction has submitted from the bar that the first selected school for transfer namely Akrampur High School has not been filled up till date.

However, I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application only for the purpose of selecting other schools in the event, the vacancies in the school

selected by him are already filled up. If such a fresh application is filed, the District Inspector of Schools and also the School Service Commission shall consider such fresh application only for the purpose of selecting a school.

With the above direction and observation, the writ application is disposed of.
