The petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the conduct of the Investigating Agency.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that charge-sheet was submitted by the Investigating Agency in connection with Contai P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 dated 17.01.2019. The case has been subsequently transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai. Having considered the steps taken by the State, I am of the view that no order need be passed on the merits of the case in the present revisional application.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai is directed to proceed with the case as expeditiously as possible so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 196 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
