Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there subsists a decree passed by a Civil Court in favour of the petitioner. The private respondents nonetheless are acting in breach of such decree of the Civil Court and are assaulting the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as First Information Report that notice under Section 41A was issued to the private respondents.

In such circumstances, the police taking steps as noted above, further interference is not called for by the Writ Court excepting requesting the police to

expedite the investigation and submit appropriate report before the jurisdictional Court as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 2422 of 2021 is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
