By the said order this Court had disposed of the writ petition by directing the concerned Municipality to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and bring the proceedings initiated by them to their logical conclusion.

The respondent Corporation authorities are represented and submit that pursuant to the directions in the said order final order has been passed by them on 19th February, 2021.

The petitioner submits that no demolition work has yet been taken place.

In view of the fact that a final order has been passed by the Corporation authorities on 19th February, 2021 and the same is an appealable order, I am of the view no further order can be passed in this application.

In view of the aforesaid, CPAN 83 of 2021 is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the contempt applications all connected applications are disposed of.
