Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, allegedly defalcated money was returned to the account of the Cooperative Society. He submits that, custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that the petitioner withdrew money from a Cooperative Bank, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 581 of 2022 is dismissed.
