Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he prays for relaxation of condition of bail i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Hura Police Station and provide the address where he shall reside to the Investigating Officer as well as the court below and report to the Officer-in-charge of the Purulia Police Station once in a week where he is presently residing. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State submits petitioner has complied with the condition of bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner has complied with the condition of bail. He is away from his home and hearth for more than one year. There is no possibility of trial concluding in the near future.

4. Under such circumstances we are inclined to waive the aforesaid condition of bail. We direct the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Hura Police Station once in a month until further orders.

5. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

6. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
