It is submitted by Mr. Majumder that the instant criminal revision was filed praying for modification of the condition for bail passed by the learned Special Court, Central Bureau of Investigation in favour of the petitioner.

During pendency of the revision, the said condition was already modified and the instant revision becomes infructuous. Mr. Mitra, learned Advocate for the CBI also concedes to the submission of Mr.Majumder.

In view of such circumstances, the instant revision is disposed of being infructuous.
