The investigation was completed and the final report has been filed being FRF No. 41 of 2022 dated April 30, 2022.

Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The remedy of the petitioner is before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate, before whom, the final report has been filed.

The police report is taken on record.

This writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
