Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Mr. Maiti representing the respondent CGST authority submits on the basis of the written instruction dated 8th February, 2024, that the appeal in question of the petitioner is still pending and is under process for further course of action.

Considering such submission of Mr. Maiti, this writ petition being WPA 1989 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the appellate authority concerned to expedite the pending appeal and pass final order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representatives, within a

period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

In view of this order, the intimation dated 28th December, 2023, issued by the WBGST authority is treated as withdrawn.
