(AB) Mr. Supratim Laha Mr. Nemai Ch. Saha ...... for the petitioners Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners submit that even though work order was issued in their favour, the Panchayat vide their memo dated 17th December, has obstructed the petitioners from continuing with the work.

The memo dated 17th December, 2020 has been annexed at page 87 of the writ petition wherefrom it appears that the Pradhan has intimated the petitioners that the work order which was issued in their favour was verbally suspended as per the direction of the Block Development Officer. It has further been mentioned that all the work orders issued for the aforesaid tender has been put on hold. Admittedly the order by which the work of the tender was put on hold is not under challenge in the instant writ petition. As long as the tender has been put on hold and the work order has been suspended on the direction of the Block Development Officer, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
