The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the case is pending before the learned trial Court since 2019.

In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. C.R.R. 417 of 2025 is disposed of.
