(Via Video Conference) Initially the matter was listed on 01.12.2009 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly, this Court had directed to go the case out of the list with the liberty to mention the matter upon notice to the respondent.

On 23.11.2021 again the matter was listed but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner but in the interest of justice the case was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 844 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
