The affidavit-of-compliance filed by the alleged contemnor is kept on the record.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor that the order dated November 21, 2022 has been complied with by forming a committee. The relevant documents have also been supplied to the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute such facts.

Though there has been some delay to comply with the order, having regard to the explanation furnished by the alleged contemnor in its affidavit, I am not inclined to proceed further with this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding, WPCRC 50 of 2023, stands dropped.
