Sabita Mahato The matter initially appeared in the warning list on 29th November, 2022 and thereafter transferred to the regular list on 5th December, 2022. There was a clear indication in the list that the matter shall be transferred to the daily cause list on 5th December, 2022 and since then the appeal is appearing in the list. On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the appellants, the matter was adjourned on 14th December, 2022. Today, the appellants are not represented. The defects as notified by the Stamp Reporter in its report dated 22-07-2008 have not been cured.

On such consideration, the appeal is dismissed both for nonremoval of the defects and for non-appearance. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
