Roy ..... for the contemnor The order wherefrom the contempt arose dated 16.02.2023 (Item No. 26) (AB) April 11, 2012. Today Mr. Amitava Chaudhuri, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submitted that, the entire necessary payment to be made under the said order has already been made and the petitioner has received that without any objection. The order stands complied. A copy of an arithmetical calculation and particulars of the payment made to the petitioner has been handed over to Mr. Gopal Chandra Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner today in Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further compliance of the order dated April 11, 2012. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding being W.P.C.R.C. 156 of 2014 stands dropped.
