Victim suffered grievous hurt.

Doctor examining the victim recorded his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure stating that the injury was life threatening.

Injured recorded his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating all the petitioners in the incident of assault and ascribing active role to all the petitioners. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 334 of 2024 is dismissed.
