Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that all other co-accused are on bail. The police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. The incident occurred out of disputes between the neighbours.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the person died out of the blow dealt by the petitioner. He draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 586 of 2022 is dismissed.
