Without going into the details, let there be an order directing the petitioner to ensure service of copy of this application upon the opposite parties, and their learned advocate appearing in the court below by Speed Post with Acknowledgement Due, and furnish affidavit-of-service on the next returnable date.

In the meantime, there will be no third party interest created touching the subject property under reference.
