1. By filing this writ petition the petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to allow the distressed minorities of Bangladesh to temporarily stay at makeshift shelters near the border.

2. The relief sought for by the writ petitioner in this public interest litigation cannot be granted as there are several ramifications in respect of transborder migration and transborder infiltration. Therefore, we are unable to entertain this public interest litigation and the same is dismissed.
