Department is directed to take necessary action.

The other parts of the order dated 29.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents were illegally operating bank account belonging to a Society. The Secretary of the Society appears in-person. The petitioner placed the judgement dated 01.11.2019 passed in O. S. No. 61 of 2013 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Third Court, Paschim Medinipur.

The petitioner may seek execution of the decree that he has obtained in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court finds no inaction on the part of the police.

Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
