Agarwala, Mr. Pratick Bose ..... for the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Panskura Police Station Case No.234 of 2021 dated 26.05.2021 under Sections 448/325/304/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application has been preferred.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after rejection of the petitioners' earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 17th November, 2021, the chargesheet has been submitted and as such, there had been a change in the circumstances. In support of such contention he has drawn our attention to the contents of the chargesheet. Mr. Bose, the learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioners' prayer and submits that the present application is not maintainable.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. In our opinion there had been no substantial change in circumstances of the case subsequent to the rejection of the

petitioners' earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 17th November, 2021. In view thereof, the application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M.(A) 588 of 2022 is dismissed.
