4 and for recording the attainment of majority in respect of appellant no. 2 as also for amendment of spelling of the title of the appellant no. 1.

The present appeal has been disposed of by which a judgment dated 15.07.2024.

The CAN application has been filed along with a copy of the death certificate in respect of appellant no. 4. The Aadhar Card of Shila Maity and Sagarika Maity has also been filed.

Considering the documents filed, let the death of appellant No. 4 be recorded by

the department by noting the same in the cause title.

Attainment of majority in respect of appellant no. 2 also be noted.

Leave to correct the spelling of the title of the appellant no. 1 in the cause title is granted.

The present order be read with along with judgment dated 15.07.2024.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2024 stands disposed of.
