The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Jamalpur Police Station. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 22nd September 2020 as regards threat, intimidation by the private respondents.

This Court notes from the complaint of the petitioner that no cognizable offence is otherwise made out.

However, Jamalpur Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and maintain a strict vigil in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
