Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mullick, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that that the order dated April 16, 2021, against which the contempt application has been filed, has been complied with in its entirety. He has filed affidavit of compliance.

In light of the above submission, nothing remains in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
