Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, despite the order of the Englishbazar Municipality dated February 12, 2018, the removal of unauthorised construction, in its entirity, is yet to be completed.

The order dated June 5, 2018 of the High Court remains uncomplied with.

In such circumstances, Rule be issued against the alleged contemnor.

Alleged contemnor need not be personally present on the returnable date in the event the order stands complied with in the menatime.

Rule is made returnable on October 6, 2023.
