1. Writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated February 3, 2026.

2. By our order dated February 3, 2026, we permitted the parties to use affidavits.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, the victim along with the two children were recovered.

4. The children are presently at Home.

5. Statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS is scheduled to be recorded today.

6. Since the victim and the children stand recovered, no further order need be passed in this habeas corpus writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

7. WPA (H) 12 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
