The writ petitioner is aggrieved by a final report filed by Chandipur Police Station on the complaint of arson under Section 435 of the Code of Criminal Procedure made by the petitioner.

After registering the FIR and conducting investigation, final report was submitted by Chandipur Police Station on 31st December, 2019. It was found in the final report that the main culprit could not be traced out or identified. The petitioner is aggrieved by such final report. The remedy of the writ petitioner is under Section 178 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and may avail such remedy in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
