Kiran Lal Gorai Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a suit being Title Suit No.09 of 2013 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Bankura, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case, for the delay caused in the disposal of the suit.
In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary. Service upon the opposite party is, thus, dispensed with.
Upon perusal of photocopies of the order passed by the court below, annexed with the instant revisional application, it appears that the pending suit has already been posted for peremptory hearing.
Accordingly, learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Bankura in Title Suit No.09 of 2013 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending suit, after causing disposal of inter locutory application, if there be any pending, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to the case, but without
granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.
Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the learned court below as well as the learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.
With this direction and observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
