In the fifth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "private respondent" shall stand corrected and be read as "writ petitioner".

In the second line of the second paragraph of the second page and in the second line of the fourth paragraph of the same page of the said order, the expression "Paschim Medinipur" shall stand corrected and be read as "Purba Medinipur". Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 07.04.2022.

The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
