None appears for the petitioner even in the second call. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the next date fixed on February 25, 2022 for recording evidence. Considering the fact that none appears for the petitioner and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the fact that next date of trial is on February 25, 2022 for recording evidence, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 352 of 2022 is dismissed.
