Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record which show that the petitioner had sent a message on a social media site admitting his guilt. In view of the aforesaid incriminating material and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
