1. There appears to be a typographical error in 9th line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 27th February, 2025, wherein the date incorrectly recorded as "8th October, 2024" be corrected as "15th October, 2024", and on the 12th line thereof, after the words "proforma in annexure A to", the words "such circular" be substituted with the words "the notification dated 8th October, 2024".

2. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 27th February, 2025.

3. The other portions of the order remain unaltered. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
