1. The respondents Border Security Force have filed a report in Court today. The same is kept with the record.

2. It appears from the said report that the petitioner has got only 66 marks. It further appears that the answer given by the petitioner to question number seven is the option two, which is an incorrect answer and hence, the petitioner cannot get marks for the said question. It also appears therefrom that the total mark comes to 66, which is below the cut off marks.

3. Hence, no relief is granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. The instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
