Police case is dated October 7, 2022. Prayer for anticipatory bail of another co-accused was rejected by this Court.

Apparently, petitioner before us is standing on the same footing as that of the other co-accused whose prayer for anticipatory bail was turned down.

In such view and also in view of the fact that there was an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 354 of 2024 is disposed of.
