Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the impugned orders dated 5th August, 2016 and 5th September, 2016 passed by the respondent nos.1 and 2 rejecting the application of the petitioner for issuance of Form-C against purchases made under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 relating to the relevant period 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to issue Form-C to the petitioner as per prayer made in the writ petition within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition being WPA No.1031 of 2018 is, accordingly, disposed of.

Since this writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage without calling for affidavits, allegations are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
