The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in taking steps to dispose of the RTI application, which was forwarded by the appellate authority and the Secretary, School Education Department to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education vide communication dated August 26, 2021.

As it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take steps in accordance with the provision of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the petitioner ought to pursue the same in accordance with the said provision of law.

The prayer for implementation of the order passed by the First Appellate Authority ought not to be

entertained by this Court, in view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
