The victim recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and stated that she was abducted by the petitioner and sexually assaulted by him.

Considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
