Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

The trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

CRM (DB) 353 of 2022 is disposed of.
