It appears that in spite of first complaint of the petitioner dated 28.12.2021 FIR has been registered and investigation is going on. In respect of further complaint of the petitioner dated 24th January, 2022, it appears that two raids were conducted on the private respondents and it transpires that no such illegal activity has been found. In the aforesaid circumstances, this court is of the view that justice would be served if the Raghunathganj under Jangipur Police District complete the investigation

into FIR No.827 dated 28.12.2021 in accordance with law and submit final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate for the same FIR. The complaint of the petitioner dated 24th January, 2022 shall also be taken into consideration.

Let the final report be submitted within a period of one month from date.

The report of the Jangipur Police Station dated 19th March, 2022 be kept with the record.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of.
