The errors sought to be corrected relates to the name of the petitioner. Petitioner identifies himself as a person who is chargesheeted.

In such circumstances, amendment as prayed for be granted.

Learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is allowed to correct the cause-title of the application for anticipatory bail. Such correction be incorporated in the original application of anticipatory bail.

Thereafter, Department will incorporate necessary correction in the order granting anticipatory bail dated February 1, 2023.
